Erica Zap offers free domestic shipping for every order valued at $75 or more and a flat shipping rate of $7 for all domestic orders less than $75. Expedited and Express shipping options are also available:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $7.00
- Expedited (2-3 business days): $14.00
- Express (1 business day): $25.00
A majority of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for production in addition to the time it takes to ship. You will receive an email once your order ships, noting carrier and tracking information.
If your order is time-sensitive, please get in touch so we can make every effort possible to meet your deadline.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order carefully. If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages,
contact us within five business days of delivery to make any necessary corrections.
Canada:

International:

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of order delivery for store credit, exchange, or a full refund to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping charges. If your order qualified for free shipping, a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
